Unpopular opinion: I don't blame Superman for killing the Joker. The Joker tricked him into thinking he was fighting Doomsday (The DC Universe one, not Dr Doom), but in reality, he was fighting Lois. The Joker had also wired a nuke to Lois's heart, so when it stopped beating, Metropolis died with her (and their unborn baby). In that case I would have killed the Joker too. 13:18 The very scene where Lex Luthor reveals the nuke plan with Joker blowing up Metropolis, that's a definite CODE RED situation because the Justice League knows that if Metropolis is blown up along with Lois, then Superman would be so devastated that his reputation would be ruined just like it did in the Injustice timeline where Metropolis was blown up. Lois was definitely the very link of Superman's humanity and if she died, he would lose that humanity part of himself and be the super tyrant, therefore, Batman knew ahead of time that this threat situation had to be prevented.
Or they were focused on saving the lives of millions of innocent people that would perish in the disaster. I highly doubt that they only had Superman’s wife and child in mind.
@@grizzly_manbanimation8436 that's also true, but Metropolis is Superman's home and if that city gets blown up, Lois and those people Superman care about in Metropolis would die along with the entire city and that would devaste him big time so that's definitely a CODE RED situation in this one. Blowing up Metropolis was pretty much critical and key to bringing out Superman into a tyrant like in the Injustice timeline, Batman knew this would happen so that's why preventing Metropolis being blown up is critical.
